Aussie Lockers 差速器鎖


為什麼在結冰的公路上開車，使用差速器鎖定功能，反而更會打滑呢？
總算找到一個網友的經驗分享: 如果在結冰光滑的傾斜路面行駛，兩輪同時旋轉打滑，就失去摩擦力，會一直往下滑動。如果沒有鎖定，只有一個輪子打滑，另一個會失去動力，駐在原地

最近看到機械鎖，迷上了它簡單又可自動鎖定的功能，想裝來玩玩看^^
不過，看來台灣這邊，大家的反應都不太好，不像國外，幾乎都說好！
所以，跟美國aussie lock接洽中，USD290+運費USD70。問題是，沒裝過，不曉得會不會不合@@.....

台灣流行Airlock吧？
Airlock 已經是有口碑了，只是分析起來，Airlock需要空壓機，而且不能及時反應，要啟動打氣，離開打滑路面又要解除。另外，空壓機如果當機...或是漏氣...就沒輒了^^
另外，機械鎖運回來只要一萬出頭，安裝比較簡單...Airlock就不沒這麼便宜了。

如果只能裝一個差速器鎖，你會裝在前面還是後面呢？

想當然耳…後面，理由是爬坡時，後面輪胎負重較多，比較不會打滑
，推動車子向前^^
可是，Aussie Lock 的說法卻是建議裝前軸…為什麼呢？
他說裝在前面通常會產生最大的改善

看完他的解釋，也算有點道理！
是這樣子的，在爬坡的時候，基於角度的問題，後輪負重比較大，前
輪負重比較少，與地的摩擦力也相對減少了，所以很容易打滑。
一旦一側的前輪打滑，所有的動力都會被送到這個空轉的輪胎上，而另一側具有良好拉力(traction)的輪胎卻得不到動力，往
往容易陷入困境。
這個時候，車子的重心會在後輪，後輪因為負擔過重，會在原地打滑
。
只要你鎖定前輪，讓前輪不打滑，你就解決了traction的問題了


Felix Ho: 以 NP 3.5 來說 後面有 LSD 所以花幾萬搞個LOCK 搞在後面 等於是 拔掉 LSD 換上 LOCK 這也只會讓能力好一些 拔掉的 LSD 不就浪費了 所以 裝在前軸 這時 兩軸都有 鎖 當然好過 只有一軸 而且參考之前我爬坡的影片 後軸其實兩輪都在打滑 前輪是帶車過的原因 老外們經驗與影片太多了 還是做LOCK的原廠 當然有道理嘍 換後LOCK也不是不行 只是他要做給 3.5 必須要有整顆差速器 去換掉 LSD 若是 3.8 後LP是自由開放差速器 就可以改啦 所以 以NP 3.5 他叫妳裝前面 是CP直最高 又不會浪費原來的後 LSD

吳泰億 那請問你說加前面，那前輪如果因為爬坡時懸浮，那裝前輪是否效果會減少

  • Felix Ho 爬坡時不懸浮 都能貼地不空轉 就用不到LOCK啦前輪 一輪懸浮 就會空轉 另一輪就會貼地 這時有LOCK 那貼地好的這輪 就會有牽引力 這也是 阿修LOCK 說的狀況

後輪如果負荷太大，就算是鎖住，兩輪也會打滑。前輪如果能夠鎖住，就能提供牽引力，減輕後輪的負擔

  • Felix Ho 3.5 後輪有LSD了 目前只有ARB有前後LOCK 阿修LOCK機械鎖只有前軸 還好他會自動釋放 後LSD 要改較麻煩 像ARB 就有整顆 阿修就不知有沒有貨 不然就要找 3.8 的後LP 來改上去 才行 先裝前面看來比較簡單 也是這能這樣

  •  1011205 昨天寫信給aussie locker, 請教他這個問題: 為什麼他們的pin 這麼容易斷呢？ 他們的回答是:Normally when a cross pin breaks it is due to the pin going soft. It is not a "common" problem. We sell thousands of Aussie lockers every year and have since 2003. There are competitors that use the same cross pin (the one in your differential now) as we do and they have been selling lockers since 1991. There has to be hundreds of thousands of automatic locker in daily use around the world and if cross pin breakage was a common problem you would find hundreds of complaints daily. That is simply not what is happening. Offroad activities can be hard on all parts and we have seen broken axles, broken motor mounts and even frames cracked on some trails. The full case lockers also can break and if you search enough you can find broken parts issues with ARB, Detroit Lockers and others. To minimize the breakage of a cross pin purchase a new pin from a dealer of your vehicle, not from an aftermarket supplier. Install the locker per the instructions and enjoy your added traction. 
  • Aussie Lock 的說法卻是建議裝前軸…為什麼呢？偶想因為他沒有做後軸的!? @@" 偶覺得若只裝前軸乾脆不要裝~若前軸所定而後軸LSD若沒作動~那前傳動軸危險矣~~偶之前C車只有裝後軸LOCK 游刃有餘~~ 倆光兄中毒太深!?姑且先不管裝不裝LOCK~您多久使用一次4輪傳動!?使用4輪傳動時使用LOCK的機會也不多~除非您都是玩落差~~使用4輪傳動沒裝置LOCK的人也超多的~也都玩的很快樂~~偶自己的感覺若一定要裝只裝一顆~偶建議裝後軸~

    裝 Aussie Locker 燒胎 應該不會不夠力吧
接合面越大 強度越高 材質一樣的話 不過尤其他的災情看出 連中間的CROSS PIN 都能弄斷 那阿修哥材質真的強很多

過年前，Aussie locker 裝好了過年期間，出去露營爬山，四輪驅動表現正常但是，遇到爛泥爬坡，還是沒輒^^
